Your data will not be transferred to other third parties.

Depending on the settings of your browser software, they will be deleted when you close your browser. You can change your browser settings to disable or deactivate cookies. Unlike session cookies, which are deleted automatically when you close your browser, persistent cookies will remain stored on your device even after you have exited your browser. We use the following cookies: session cookies, cdmmCatalog, LB-Persist cookies (storage duration: 30 days), cdmmCatalog_region, cookieconsent_dismissed

During this period, the processing of these data is restricted. The retention obligation starts at the end of the calendar year in which the quote was submitted and/or the contract was executed.

Data Subject Rights

Dömer GmbH & Co. KG guarantees full compliance with your data subject rights.

Objection to the Use of Personal Data for Advertising Purposes

You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes without the incurrence of any costs other than the basic tariffs to be paid for your objection's submission. The following contacts are available for this purpose.

Withdrawal of consent

You can always revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data with effect for the future. Please note that, in this case, you might be required to re-disclose your personal data before making any new purchases.

Right of Objection

If the processing of personal data occurs on the basis of the following provisions, you may object to the processing for reasons which are attributable to your particular situation:

  • The processing is necessary for fulfilling a task which is in the public interest or which needs to be fulfilled in the exercise of official authority assigned to the data controller
  • The processing is necessary for the safeguarding of the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, provided that the data subject's interests or basic rights and basic freedoms, which require the protection of personal data, do not prevail over the data controller's or third party's legitimate interests. This applies in particular where the data subject is a child.

If you submit your objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can prove the existence of compelling and legitimate grounds which justify the processing and prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms. The processing may also occur digitally, especially whenever an applicant submits his or her application documents in digital form, e.g. by email or via any web form provided on our website. If we enter into an employment agreement with the applicant, we will, in compliance with the statutory provisions, store the data for the purpose of handling the employment relationship. If we do not conclude any employment contract with the applicant, his or her application documents will be deleted automatically four months after submission of the letter of refusal, provided that the erasure is not opposed to any other legitimate interests on our part, such as a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Act on Equal Treatment (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz, AGG)).
